So both posts today are mainly pictures. The previous post was his little Speedo at the pool, and pictures before church on Sunday. This set of pictures are of JP in his new exer-saucer. He seems to really like it, as you can see in the pictures! He was pretty fascinated with the new toys on it, and even learned how to turn around.

Today we went on a walk in Los Gatos with a couple other moms and babies, and then came home and went to the pool. Tomorrow, we have Mommy and Me movie day. It is always fun to watch a movie while taking care of a baby!

It is hard to believe just how big JP has gotten. It seems like he grows overnight. It is just amazing to watch him change on a daily basis! Enjoy the pictures!

Til next time!

Here are the latest JP updates!

JP is still not sleeping more than an hour or so at night. He just wakes up, sometimes wanting to be fed, sometimes to be comforted, and sometimes just to talk! Needless to say, we are tired around here, but he is still a great baby!

JP is now eating baby foods. His favorite is rice cereal with bananas, followed closely by cereal with applesauce. He also likes green beans, just like his mama! He really seems to enjoy eating, as if you didn't think that would happen! Every few days we add a new fruit or vegetable. Jack just can't wait to add in Blueberry buckle!

JP went for his first dip in the pool today 7/4. He didn't seem particularly happy or upset, so we consider it a success. In the fall we will take swim lessons with JP. It should be fun!

Today, JP turned over from back to front for the first time! At first he would flip over and not be able to get his hands out, but after several times he figured out how to get his hands out and even scooted a bit on his belly. So, now we have to be on a mission to baby proof and clean everything within his reach. I think he may be a bit early to be moving like this, but then he is "Just Perfect!"

JP really seems to be teething now. The past few days were rough, but today he didn't seem as uncomfortable. He is still chewing on everything he can grab, but didn't seem as fussy. The books all say this can last weeks...ugh.

JP is doing just great otherwise. This week we have a mommy and me movie, "Cars" on Wednesday, and Thursday we have a
Gymboree Music and Me class.

I will try to take more pictures soon and update the blog more often!
