Hey everybody, Papa here! Thought I'd change the pace a little and describe my routines with JP. I normally don't get home in the evening until 7pm (at the earliest), so my time is usually limited to a bath and a kiss good night. JP's and Papa's fun comes in the morning. Typically, I sleep downstairs because JP still wakes up to nurse every hour or two. Momma comes down around 5am and hands JP off to me. We make coffee together and then play for about an hour. Usually, Papa puts on one of his History Channel things that's been TiVo'ed. After about an hour, JP is ready for breakfast. I stip him down to his diapers (he's a pretty messy eater) and make him oatmeal. After that, we cuddle together on the chair and watch the news. Typically, JP goes to sleep for about a half hour to an hour - hence the picture! Elizabeth wakes up sometime between 7 and 8am. I can't tell you how much I love this morning routine. It really gets me ready for the day. JP is so special, I feel blessed to be his Papa. Happy Holidays to everyone! We're going to Indy next week and all three of us are excited.
